Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges on items purchased due to change of mind. We do our best to inspect all items before they are dispatched, however if an item is damaged/faulty you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS 
If an item is damaged/faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS 
To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@struckbylashes.com to mark your original order as Return In Progress. Once we have marked your order as Return In Progress, place the item securely in its original packagingand mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

 

REFUNDS 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and can take up to 7 working days.
        
EXCHANGES
If an item is damaged/faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. All items to be exchanged must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Once your items to be exchanged is received, we will dispatch your new items to the same shipping address on the original order.
